hiit

A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is a workout that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods. It’s designed to burn calories, improve fitness, and boost endurance in a short amount of time.
yoga

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical posture, breathing exercises, and meditation. It promotes flexibility, and relaxation while enhancing mental focus and overall well-being.
Cardio boxing

Cardio boxing is a high-energy workout that combines boxing moves, like punches, jabs, and hooks, with fast-paced cardio exercises. It improves strength, coordination, and stamina while giving you a full-body workout.
Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact workout focused on strengthening your core, improving posture, flexibility, and body awareness. It uses controlled movements, often on a mat or with equipment, to build balanced strength and stability.
Circuit Training

Circuit training is a workout where you move through a series of exercises (stations) targeting different muscle groups, with minimal rest in between. It builds strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a time-efficient way.
Novice circuit

A novice circuit is a beginner-friendly version of circuit training with simpler, low-impact exercises and longer rest periods. It helps newcomers build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning proper technique.
resistance

Resistance training is exercise that uses weights, bands, machines, or your own body weight to work against a force, building muscle strength, tone, and endurance.
Glutes and Abs

Glutes and Abs is a targeted workout focusing on strengthening and toning your core and lower body, using a mix of bodyweight and resistance exercises for maximum shape and stability.
Balance & Core

This class focuses on developing core strength, improving balance, and enhancing overall body control. Using controlled movements and stability-based exercises, you’ll build a stronger foundation, improve posture, and reduce your risk of injury. Ideal for all fitness levels.
