Hi my name is Bree,
I am a fully qualified certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and personal training. My passion for fitness developed after my active childhood of dancing and competing since I was 5. I wanted a profession where I could stay active and be interested in something that allowed me to educate and empower others with my knowledge and beliefs. I offer a range of services to help anyone smash and maintain their fitness goals. My services include; Personal Training 1 on 1 training from 30 to 60 minutes focusing on your goals, this includes strength training, technique, cardiovascular training and gym equipment knowledge. This includes individualized programs Nutritional Information Supplement and nutritional information can be provided to assist in achieving and maintaining your fitness goals. Small group training Small group training in a group can be a great way to shake off the initial nerves of being in the gym alone. Maximum 4 people for a gym weights session.
